Ask Your Question!

Do I need a prescription or referral?

The short answer is, NO. Physical therapy in this area is a direct access service. This means you can get care from a physical therapist with no referral or script. You can save yourself that step!

However, if your insurance is Medicaid, Medicare or VA you most likely will need to call your provider and ask for a prescription. We will help you with this!

What should i wear?

You can wear something you feel comfortable exercising in and can move freely. We have areas for you to change if you need.

What should i expect at my first visit?

You will get a thorough evaluation that will last about 60 minutes. We will look at how your body is moving and get to the bottom of what is going on for you.

We will review your medical history and the therapist will walk you through multiple assessments. Then, together we will make a plan that is realistic for your life that helps you get to your goals.
