From Sioux City, Iowa

1. Cross the Missouri River into Nebraska using the Sergeant Floyd Memorial Bridge.

2. Continue into South Sioux City and turn left onto Dakota Avenue.

3. Drive north to 29th Street and turn left.

4. Continue west for a few blocks to 601 W 29th Street.

5. Our clinic is located in the area near South Ridge Golf Course, making it easy to find.

From Dakota City or Home

1. Head south toward South Sioux City on US‑77.

2. Turn right onto W 29th Street.

3. Continue a short distance to 601 W 29th Street.

From Interstate 29

1. Take the exit toward Dakota Avenue / Highway 20 into South Sioux City.

2. Continue north on Dakota Avenue.
