Manual Therapy–

Hands-on care to restore movement and reduce pain. This helps your body move more efficiently.

What it helps with:

Neck and back pain or stiffness, headaches related to muscle tension, post-injury soreness for runners and athletes Best for: Active adults, athletes or parents with nagging pain or stiffness. A typical session lasts 30 minutes

Dry Needling-

Dry needling is a technique used to address muscular trigger points and movement restrictions that contribute to pain.

Neck, back, shoulder, hip or knee pain. Pain that is not responding to stretch or massage. What to expect: Performed by licensed PT with advanced training. A typical session lasts 30 minutes.

Packages are non-refundable and expire within 12 months of purchase. Cash-based services are not billed through insurance. No referral required. Must be an established patient or complete a full evaluation. Informed consent required.
