Dr. Isaac Tubbesing, DPT

Isaac pursued a career in physical therapy to serve others with compassion and to optimize the well-being of all.

He founded Cardinal Physical Therapy in 2023 out of a desire to elevate the level of care in Siouxland and his home state of Nebraska. He focuses his attention on each patient. As he has gained experience as a therapist, he has honed his treatment skills through rigorous advanced certifications.

He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Briar Cliff University in 2011. He then earned his doctorate at Des Moines University, a school well-known for their expertise in manual therapy and a hands-on approach in physical therapy.

Outside of work his personal interests include exercising, trying new recipes on his smoker, watching college sports (GBR) and learning to golf. He and his wife spend most of their time with their three girls and the pets they have adopted.

Bilingual Spanish and English Physical Therapy Assistant

  • Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

    Izthell is from South Sioux City, Nebraska and a graduate of the WITCC PTA program. She is fluent in both Spanish and English bringing bilingual physical therapy services to Siouxland.

Physical Therapy Clinic Manager South Sioux City

  • Office Manager

    Mallory is Nebraska native and oversees day-to-day clinic operations. She helps to coordinate patient care and manages the Cardinal PT social media.

    Mallory has a background in the trucking and construction industries.

  • Co-Owner

    Morgan is from Jackson, NE and has a background in consulting & special education. She helps us with our website, event planning and outreach.

    She has spent many years as a graduate adjunct instructor and holds an MA, as well as a graduate certificate in instructional design.
